Actions & Indications
To nourish yin (vital essence) and clear up heat, secure spirit and nourish heart. To treat symptoms of insomnia, dreamfulness, vertigo, restlessness by flaming-up of fire due to deficiency of yin, transformation of heat into fire in the liver.

Dosage
4 capsules each time, 2 times a day, in the noon and evening. 14 days for a period of treatment.

Precautions
Be carefully taken with cold due to deficiency of spleen ans stomach, loosing bowels due to pain of stomach.

Contraindication
Not advisable for pregnant woman
